Emily

Do you live on the computer? Holy smokes, you must have just been sitting there waiting for today's discussion, lol.

Answer one question please? Why does it bother you that your blog posts are being posted here, but not on multiple other forums?

  1. As you know, this was set up with the intent to defraud. You wrote:

"I'll post her daily blog postings there so you don't have to give her a click."

This blog was set up to take revenue away from me, which is more than just copyright infringement. If you do not cease and desist, you are getting yourself into some trouble. I'm not afraid to get a lawyer. The law is clear that you will be paying all legal fees, along with reimbursement of lost income and any applicable fines.

  2. Thanks for answering the question.

    Have a Nice Day :)

  3. Hmmmm and here I though money wasn't important to you. Maybe you could spend a little less time on the computer and a little more time cleaning the shit hole you call a home.

  4. I went back and edited it to hopefully more suitable wording for you Emily. My intent is not to take away your pennies, but to provide people who do not already go to your site with a place to read your blog, and other strange blogs on the internet.

If you would like, I can post your daily blog posts at Free Jonger instead of here.

    HTH

  5. But Emily, you yourself said if we don't want to give you a click we could just read it from an RSS feed...do you realize what a hypocrite you've set yourself up as?

Not to mention the whole wanting to be frugal, don't care about money persona that you have now revealed to be a fraud by staking claim to lost income.

I find this all terribly amusing. Good luck to you, Under1000BrainCells!

  6. I saved the forum page with the original wording before you edited it. Your intent was clear, no matter how you want to rephrase it. I sent the original wording to the FBI as part of my report before you edited it. The editing is clear, the post says it was edited, and others responded to it, quoting what you orinally wrote. You can try to rewrite history, but I saved your original words. Now, I would cease and desist before you dig yourself into a deeper whole.

  7. Emily, I admitted I edited it. Quit being a snippy little shrew, no one is hiding anything. I thought you took issue with the wording, so I changed it for you. Isn't that what you said?

    ReplyDelete
  8. Now admit it Under1000BrainCells,

You're infringing on Emily's precious few brain cells she has left.

    ReplyDelete
  9. I admit it :) I'm just messin' with her, I'll remove her posts in a few days, but I'll probably still post them on FreeJ, and then add a link from here to there and vice versa ;)

I'll use this site as a parody site, so if anyone has any funny, original works spoofing Emily and/or Dan, send them through and I will recopy them as a post and give credit to the author, if the author desires credit. Of course everyone is free to remail anonymous as well.

    ReplyDelete
  10. That, of course should be remain, not remail.

  11. Emily, please draw attention to your blog from the authorities, I'm sure your unsanitary conditions will be a much bigger issue that you big FBI copyright infringement case.

I personally have no issue with your trying to live (and I use live loosely here) frugally, but you and your family cannot be getting the required vitamins and nutrients from the diet you are currently eating. You should be eating a balanced diet including a variety of green leafy vegetables, fruits, and lean meats (tube meat need not apply). Your home, as evidenced by the photos you openly post, is filthy, there is mess there is clutter and then there is filth. Emily you live in filth, sanitation has no income guidelines. Now for the love of god buy some cleaners at the dollar store and clean your home.

  12. This was buried too far down in the comments of another post so excuse the duplication.

I have some questions for em:

    1. Does your crockpot have a vacumn attachment?

    2. How come you are fat and your husband and children are skeletel? Are you sneak secret shopping?

    3. Do all of the children fit in the Wonderwash at once or do you take turns bathing them?

    4. Have you considered velcroing the kids to the walls at night to save space?

    5. Where did you learn the KKK method of home decorating?

    Can't wait for your answers.

  13. Braincells, Great idea! I think anyone who is creative enough to spoof us deserves a kudos. (I may even read it myself.) Just don't take our stuff to do it.

Here is my feed link. I don't get any income from this. If you want to let people know who you are spoofing, you can send them here. (:

  14. Split personality much, Emily?

and Mr./Mrs. Under1000BrainCells, I think we should have dramatic re-enactments of her posts, for parody of course.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Yes, Emily has a split personality!

"It's about the money, you are taking my clicks, wah!!!!"

    And then...

"No, it's not about the money, here you can read here and I don't get any money. I don't like money, I like living in poverty with Preacher Dan. We have love and sexy dresses, that's all we need. Bad money! It buys things like food and cleaning supplies!"

    ReplyDelete
  16. Trust me the FBI has much better things to do than get involved with a petty she stole my blog internet fight.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Like she has the money to hire a lawyer. Puhleeze. The apartment is a filty hellhole, with dirty sheets, dirty children.

Why not visit a laundrymat, and purchase some really, really good cleaning supplies, and give those floors a good once over!

    ReplyDelete
  18. Emily:

The FBI does not prosecute copyright infringements. A copyright infringement action would be a private civil lawsuit. Before you post your nonsense threats you might want to do some background research. Your boilerplate cease and desist letter was a good start. Tip: the Patent and Trademark Office might be a good place to begin your research.

    ReplyDelete
  19. Run, Under1000braincells, run for your life, she's calling a LAWYER! AND the FBI! She forgot the INTERPOL! She's even using "cease and desist" don't you know them legalese words to make you skeered??? LOL

I need to get some work done (yes, EVIL, NASTY working mom here) so I can raise my kids in their awful "American" ways (even though I'm Mexican but the irony of that would escape our dear Em. Yes, :gasp: people from developing countries are becoming evil too!! Darned American Imperialism), you know, living in a clean home, eating a balanced diet, not slipping into dehydration comas and thriving in their education, sports, music and community involvement. God save us from the future generations of educated, well adjusted and well rounded children!

(BTW no offense to SAHMoms! This girl just gets on my last nerve, with her high & mighty skool of the wonderwash, having time to be online all day long and call the FBI while her babies are ignored and "thriving" in filth)

Emily, step away from the WORLD wide web and go hide your deodorant slices before your family starts "grazing" on them.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Yes, Em- lawyers cost money. You might not be afraid to go get one, but do you have $500-$1000 to give them as a retainer for what is likely a futile case?

That'll blow your midwife savings away!

And SERIOUSLY-- the FBI?? Do you REALLY think that they are going to pursue this?

    ReplyDelete
  21. Hey Em, you might want to spend some time cleaning your house and feeding your children real food before you go threatening with lawyers. You do know about CPS right? You do know that you are opening up yourself to intense scrutiny by inviting lawyers into your home. Any lawyer worth his retainer is going to call CPS on you the minute he sees your emaciated husband and pasty kids. You're a bully and a fraud Emily.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Sorry Emily, I won't be reading your blog via a feed. Those numbers can still be counted and contribute to your site's numbers. Maybe not exact numbers, but enough to pump your blog up for advertisers. Perhaps you are being sneaky when you suggest people use the feed as you know you'll generate some numbers from it, perhaps you're not smart enough to know this is an option.

Either way, stop touting feed readers as the solution to reservations about lining your pockets with clicks.

  23. dear emily.

save the $35 you spend on internet a month and buy sone veggies please.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Emily is being a real idiot. Emily, just ignore this crap. It will gain you more revenue. Just plug that piehole and shut up.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Emily,

The FBI does not stand for Frugal Brainwashed Imbeciles and they will not run to your aid. They are going to laugh at you. :(

You ought count yourself lucky that nobody has decided to bring YOUR issues to the attention of a government agency. Your house is filthy. Your children are dirty and underfed. You are hiding the details of what really happened with your son and I would bet dollars to doughnuts that it's because you know it's partially (if not totally) YOUR fault.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Emily, all this time you spend online could be used to make an actual income. You said you could do some work from home if you "needed" to. I think you do indeed need to pump up you income to buy a better quality of life for your family. And I'm not talking throw pillows and shoes more like extra food and a decent place to live.

    ReplyDelete
  27. I really hope Emily isn't counting on the money from her blog to fund her fundie lifestyle. That would truly be pathetic. She already lost me as a reader a while ago so no income lost from me.

  28. Interent harshmanet! FBI!

    ReplyDelete
  29. "Interent harshmanet! FBI!"

    DEAD.

    ReplyDelete
  30. When Emily says "cease and disist" I imagine her saying it like Gomer Pyle in the Andy Griffith Show: "Citizen's Arrest, Citizen's Arrest!"

    ReplyDelete
  31. Hum....Emily, I've tried to stay out of this, but I work for the FBI and I can tell you that no one cares. I'm sorry but there are literally 100's of child pornographers that we can't get to on a daily basis.

I know this seems VERY important, but please understand that there are very sick and evil people out there who are hurting children RIGHT NOW. Please understand that law enforcement does not have time to give time outs to people on the internet who don't play well with others.

On the other hand, please call us. When we hang up the phone it will give us a nice break from looking at violent crime. We'll have a good laugh about the crazies out there and go back to work. PROTECTING people.

    ReplyDelete
  32. So spending taxpayer dollars via WIC and food stamps to give your kids a balanced diet and keep them out of the hospital = BAD

Spending taxpayer dollars bothering the FBI with a blog parody site = GOOD

    Gotcha.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Don't you remember what your Mom always told you, Emily? Once you post something on the interwebz, you can't ever get it back. You can't sue someone for what is said on the internet unless you can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that they tarnished your good image. The key word there is good And, your blog posts become public property once you hit that "submit" button.
If anyone is driving traffic away from your blog, it's you because you're batshit crazy. You're a liar(under $1000 my ass). You neglect your children and they should be taken away from you.

    ReplyDelete
  34. I love it when non-lawyers try to pretend like they know EXACTLY what they are talking about!!!! It is very, very amusing. Laws are tricky and complicated. If they weren't, people wouldn't need lawyers.

But thanks for the laugh. :D :D

    ReplyDelete
  35. I wanna see the photos? Is there a way?

    ReplyDelete
  36. Every time she posts her 'cease and desist!' I can imagine her stomping her foot like my youngest does when he isn't getting his way LOL

    ReplyDelete
  37. My husband is a blogger for CNN and died laughing when i told him about this.
His exact words "She's not fundie she's just stupid"...lol
Oh and it's hole not "whole"...
